Be a part of the team that leads innovation in the athletic ecommerce industry and wear cool kicks to work every day As a Team Sales CRM intern, you will:You will participate in customer data review for segmentation and participate in determining additional practices and reporting to be used to focus sales and marketing efforts of the business. This position will work closely with the CRM Administrator and gain valuable insight into SAP’s cloud based CRM module Design and execution of customer data reporting to help drive sales and marketing efforts. Helping to identify CRM usage problems and providing data to support potential solutions. Learning roles of the business within CRM and helping to maintain role security.Helping in design and testing of new reports and system generated notifications or enhancements. Learn how to create role based dashboards and review for improvement opportunities.Work with cross functional business teams for system improvement opportunities.
