Together.If you are a highly talented Administrative Analyst, we want to hear from you!This position can sit in our Phoenix, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Miami, Raleigh, Tampa, Miami, Short Hills, Wilmington, or Washington DC office and offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is remote.Minimum Requirements:* High School or GED* 3 years' experience in proven work experience as an Analyst or similar role* Experience with statistical analysis and statistical processes* Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office software applications* Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills* Working knowledge of general accounting principles and practices* Advanced working knowledge of Excel* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong analytical skills required to work with a variety of operational, office attendance and financial data.Preferred Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplineWhat will your day look like?As an Administrative Analyst, you will consolidate and analyze operational, office attendance, statistical and financial data (productivity, operational, office attendance, budgets, monthly billing metrics, demand for services, etc.) taking into account department's goals. You will develop data models, conduct benchmarking and processes analysis. You will assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on operational and financial status and risks, while also conducting business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.Additionally, you will assist with the department's preparation of the operating budget (revenue and expense components). You will monitor and determine operational and financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts. You will track department's expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget.
