Facility seeking NP/PA for its multi-specialty clinic - Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8-5, this can be flexible) - Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed) - Avg patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped up - Typical procedures: Per provider's comfort level - Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider - Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS - Base salary around $110K (DOE) + wRVU production incentive - $3K CME allowanceSign-on bonus - 20+ days PTO$10K+ relocation allowance - Student loan repayment assistance - Health benefits401(k) retirement plan - Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Required: WY license and DEA - Experience preferred, new grads OK
