Zone Chef

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Zone Chef to oversee and streamline kitchen operations across multiple outlets. This role focuses on consistency, quality control, team performance, and cost efficiency across all assigned locations. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple kitchens without compromising standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Multi-Outlet Kitchen Oversight Supervise daily kitchen operations across assigned outlets Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all locations Conduct regular outlet visits and audits 2. Quality & SOP Enforcement Implement and monitor adherence to SOPs, recipes, and cooking standards Identify gaps and train teams to maintain brand consistency Ensure all outlets meet hygiene and food safety standards 3.
