  • Manage and administer the complete Zoho suite across all group companies.
  • Design develop and maintain custom workflows automations and business processes.
  • Configure and customize Zoho applications including:
    • Zoho CRM
    • Zoho Creator
    • Zoho Books
    • Zoho Desk
    • Zoho People
    • Zoho Projects
    • Zoho Forms
    • Zoho Analytics
    • Zoho Sign
    • Zoho Campaigns
    • Other Zoho One applications as required.
  • Develop custom applications and modules using Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator.
Workflow Optimization
  • Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
