• Prepare pre and post tenders
• Prepare contract documents
• Sourcing sub‑contractors and suppliers
• Verify sub‑contractors/suppliers claim, contract administration and documentation
• Review and prepare agreements with sub‑contractors/suppliers
• Attend project site meetings if necessary
• Other ad‑hoc projects or duties assigned
• Drafting of shop drawings/as built drawings
• Assist administration paper work if necessary
• Prepare monthly progress claim, V.O, finalization of accounts
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
• Liaise with Managers, team members, customers, sub‑contractors and suppliers
