With strong demand and a 24/7 roster, you’ll have access to ongoing, flexible shifts—giving you control of your schedule while making a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable youth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support young people in Residential Care (OOHC)
• Assist with daily routines, emotional support and behaviour management
• Work within trauma-informed and person-centred frameworks
• Promote safety, stability and positive outcomes
