About the Role
General
- Understand, imbibe & promote C3 mission, vision and values
- Jointly with your team, you will study, propose, and set up intervention structures, applying proven framework to reach out to youths in C3’s programmes
- Provide social work support and develop intervention plan for clients in the Youth programme in schools with the ultimate goal of improving the youths’ social, psychological and emotional wellbeing
- You are required to work closely with key personnel from school to take on tier 2 and 3 students, and provide specific support and work schools to achieve identified outcomes
- Plan, execute and evaluate on-going youth programmes and services
- Conduct analysis of community needs, develop, implement, and grow the C3 Youth programmes and services
