About the Role
General responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to the following.
Youth Instruction & Program Delivery:
(60 - 90% of the time)
+ Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer & STEAM-based enrichment classes and camps for children ages 1–12
+ Create a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment
+ Deliver the provided curriculum and adapt activities based on age and skill level
+ Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
+ Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and experiences
+ Train and mentor instructors
+ Demonstrate lots of patience and high positive energy
Marketing & Sales Support:
(20 - 40% of the time)
+ Assist in promoting programs through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
+ Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions
