Youth Care Officer: Mentoring At-Risk Youth (3-Shift)

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a caregiver for a Residential Treatment Centre in Singapore. This full-time role involves 5 days per week, 44 hours across 3 shifts, and supervision of residents in daily activities, with a focus on welfare and safety.

You will work with youth at-risk, applying basic processing and counselling skills, and rely on trauma-informed knowledge to support residents. Candidates must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
