About the Role

1. 协助行政总厨统筹厨房日常运营管理,包括菜品研发、标准制定、成本控制及食品安全监督;
2. 负责各厨房的排班调度与人员指导,确保出品质量与出餐效率;
3. 主导新员工岗位培训及在岗技能提升,参与厨房团队绩效评估与人才梯队建设;
4. 配合采购部门审核食材品质与规格,优化库存管理,严格控制食材损耗率;
5. 执行并落实餐饮服务标准、卫生规范及消防安全制度,定期组织内部自查与整改。

1. 大专及以上学历,烹饪工艺与营养、酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具备5年以上高端餐饮或五星级酒店厨房工作经验,其中至少2年担任主管级及以上管理岗位;
3. 熟悉中西餐主流菜系制作工艺,具备独立研发季节性菜单及标准化作业流程(SOP)能力;
4. 精通厨房成本核算、人员排班、食品安全(HACCP/ISO22000基础)、消防及设备管理等实务;
5. 具备良好的跨部门协作意识与现场应变能力,能承受高强度工作压力并保障团队稳定运行。
