工作職責

· 安裝、維護、故障排除，並對設備和產品進行軟硬體升級。

· 提供客戶技術服務，包括維護、問題解決和數據分析。

· 確保遵守公司流程和監管標準。

· 庫存配件管理，並在必要時上報相關技術問題或品質問題。

· 與內部團隊協作，支援持續改進計劃。

職位要求

想要成功應聘這個職位，您需要能夠出色地履行每一項基本職責。以下列出的要求代表所需的知識、技能、教育背景和／或能力等。公司可为残障人士提供合理便利，以使其能够履行基本职能。

· 電子、機械、自動控制、生物醫學工程或其他同等專業的學士學位或學位證書。

· 至少需有 3 年在醫療設備領域服務的工作經驗。在血液篩查領域或體外診斷行業的大型自動化設備方面有經驗者優先。

· 具備良好的英語口語和書面表達能力，擅長使用粵語和普通話進行日常交流。
