X-Ray Technologist - Cobble Hill

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technologist, X-Ray - Cobble Hill.

In this role, the successful candidate performs medically prescribed diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, hospital policies, and applicable regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

Clinical & Technical Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations independently in accordance with departmental protocols and physician orders

Accurately position patients and imaging equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure

Select and adjust technical factors to ensure image quality and patient safety

Utilize lead markers, shielding, immobilization devices, and positioning aids appropriately

Generate high-quality digital images; produce hard copies when required
