Job Summary: Responsible for Electrified Motion (EM) Outbound process standardization, incl. IT tool, physical material flow; regional warehouse process/layout definition & optimization.

• Outbound process GB representative, involvement into future oriented process/solution definition with central team
• Define divisional shipping standards and best fit IT tool to improve shipping efficiency
• Overall responsibility for analysis of outbound value stream in supported plant, provide appropriate solutions to solve plant paint point
• Define measurement of outbound productivity and rollout EM ww, derive system CIP project out of the potential areas
• Leading regional material flow optimization project
