About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and experienced
WSH Coordinator
to maintain a rigorous safety culture at our construction site. You will be the primary custodian of our Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, ensuring full compliance with the
Workplace Safety and Health Act
and driving our 'Zero Accident' initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities (Core Duties) Regulatory Compliance:
Enforce all WSH requirements, Environmental Control regulations, and in-house safety rules in strict accordance with the Singapore
WSH Act
and MOM guidelines.
Site Surveillance:
Conduct daily safety checks and regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, or environmental hazards enforce immediate corrective actions.
Permit Management:
Oversee the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, ensuring high-risk activities (e.g., lifting, working at heights) are properly authorized and risk assessments are communicated.
