• Schedule: 5 days per week, but open to 4 days per week either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday

• EMR System: Epic
• Practice Settings: Outpatient wound care clinic
• Patients Per Shift: 25
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 Office staff
• Trauma level 1
• Must be able to supervise

Requirements

• Board Eligible
• Licensed in IL or IMLC
• ABLS, BLS
• NPDB
