Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

We are looking to fill a full-time Nurse Practitioner position specializing in Mobile Wound Care, based in Tucson, AZ. The Nurse Practitioner will provide wound care services to patients in their homes and may also round in skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include patient assessment, wound evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure effective wound healing.
