**About the Role**
**The Workshop Technician is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, configuring, and testing wired tools, network hardware, and test support equipment.**This role ensures high-quality maintenance, repair, and upgrades of IntelliServ network hardware and software, while maintaining accurate documentation.
Working independently, the Workshop Technician performs advanced and often non-routine tasks, resolves most technical issues independently, and escalates only complex situations as needed.
This position will support the broader Workshop team at our Tananger facility and contribute to consistent delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable electronic equipment for field operations.
