Responsibilities
Achieve workshop turnover targets by effectively utilizing resources, including staff, equipment, tools, and procedures. Collaborate with Technical/Training Department to assess technician training needs, create development plans, and ensure new technicians complete necessary e-Learning within probation. Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by performing random quality audits on technician work. Properly manage scrap parts storage and arrange timely disposal. Adhere to warranty procedures as per guidelines, ensuring compliance in factory hours and FRU allocation. Review recurring technical, product, and quality issues regularly, coordinating with the Technical Department to resolve them. Conduct staff performance appraisals and counseling sessions to support improvement and achieve monthly sold hours targets.
