Salary: Up to £56,000

Days: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 7am-3pm

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor / Manager to lead a busy commercial vehicle workshop in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong HGV or LCV background who can drive performance, maintain high standards, and support a productive and professional workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the workshop and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Lead, support, and motivate technicians and workshop staff.
• Plan workloads and prioritise jobs to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance across all workshop activities.
