Workshop Foreman

Our client is seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor / Fabrication Team Leader to oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of a steel fabrication workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time, and maintaining high manufacturing standards

Minimum requirements:

• Matric


• Minimum 5 years' welding and fabrication experience


• Proven experience in:
  
  
  
  • CO2 Welding
  
  
  • MIG Welding
  
  
  • TIG Welding
  
  
  • Arc Welding
  
  
  
  


• Ability to read, interpret, and manufacture directly from technical drawings


• Experience marking out drawings accurately onto steel for fabrication


• Previous experience supervising or leading a workshop team
