Primary Responsibility:
Maintains site operational policies, objectives, initiatives, budget, workplace vendor management, communication, and administrative services

Lead the JHSC committee and participate in the the Building Emergency Response Team (BERT)
Plans office and equipment layouts utilizing SpaceIQ to economize operations and maximize people productivity and collaboration opportunities.
Manages operational budget including equipment, installation, labor, janitorial, onsite food and beverage services and other related costs.
