Job Description

We are looking for a natural host who will work as part of the Workplace Experience and Front-of-House teams, supporting client visits and curating an environment that enhances wellbeing, productivity and company culture.

The role plays a key part in improving the on-site service experience and deploying new initiatives aligned with the ISS Global Strategy while delivering an exceptional workplace experience for UBS colleagues and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all colleagues on the assigned floor, responding to queries and requests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring colleagues and visitors feel welcomed and supported
  • Welcome visitors in person, by telephone and via email, responding promptly or referring enquiries as appropriate
