Your tasks

include accurately sticking barcodes on each file, efficiently capturing it using a barcode scanner and properly packing the personnel files in boxes.

  • In addition, you will actively support our HR Service Team in a wide range of administrative tasks of day-to-day business, such as the preparation of employment contracts, references and the processing of changes in working hours.
