About the Role
My client is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Workflow and Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients and our internal workflow development team. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements, documenting business processes, and coordinating the development of efficient workflow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced experience with Monday.com, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into clear workflow requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal workflow development team.
- Meet with clients to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and workflow requirements.
