Workday QA Consultant - HCM & Financial Modules

Toronto, ON (4 Days a week Onsite)

8-12 months Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Quality Engineer specializing in Workday HCM and Finance testing. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in both manual testing and test automation specifically within the Workday ecosystem. In this role you will lead validation efforts across Workday business processes, enhancements, integrations, and semiannual releases. You will design comprehensive test strategies, execute high value end‑to‑end scenarios, and contribute to automation frameworks that support regression testing and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Workday HCM Finance Functional Testing

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios and scripts for Workday HCM and Finance modules.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing across Workday business processes.
