Workday Payroll Consultant – Absence, Time Tracking & Payroll

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliant time and absence management.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Lead configuration and implementation of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules
+ Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with business and HR stakeholders
+ Design and configure payroll structures, absence plans, and time tracking rules
+ Support full-cycle payroll processing including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
