Workday HRIS Specialist – Core HR & Analytics

Offshore Frontier Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Workday SME for Core HR & Absence based in Kuala Lumpur. The role includes configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Workday systems, supporting country rollouts, and managing stakeholder interactions.

The successful candidate will handle post-go-live stabilization, optimize business processes, and drive data quality audits. This position demands advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, as well as knowledge of various HRIS systems.
