Workday Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional Consultant to act as the global owner of our Workday driving its continuous evolution and integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the global Workday roadmap , including releases and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the functional and technical Product Owner from SaaS
• Lead the implementation of new modules, features, and enhancement s aligned with business growth
• Translate business requirements into efficient Workday solutions
• Own, design, and optimize payroll, finance, and third-party HR apps
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business need
