HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Work and Family Programs Manager is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the organization's leave of absence program, workers compensation program and work accommodation process. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
+ Responsible for oversight of the Work and Family programs team, including but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, training and performance management.
