Woodlands / Senior Quantity Surveyor (BTO Project)

• tender drawing and tender requirements
• Quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and ongoing projects.
• Fill incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Undertake early stage budgets preparation and detailed cost planning.
• Source for supplier quotation for tender costing
• Review sub-contractors’ bids, negotiation of contract order values
• Prepare documentation for sub-contractors
• Measurement using on screen take off and glodon software

• At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
• Experience with residential / commercial building projects
