About the Role

Requirements:

  1. Minimal 2 years of experience operating WMS in a B2C e-commerce warehouse
  2. Deep understanding of inbound and return process flows, or end to end warehouse operations process.


Job Descriptions:

  • Operate the WMS for Inbound and Return processes in a B2C e-commerce warehouse.
  • Execute receiving, putaway, quality check, and return activities in accordance with WMS flow and SOP.
  • Ensure accurate transaction recording in WMS.
  • Report system or operational issues to senior team members.
  • Support daily operational improvement initiatives.
