• Compensation: Average starting salary of approximately $1,200 USD per month (plus eligibility for gratuities/tips).
• Contract: 36 weeks on board / 9 weeks off rotation.
• Responsibilities: Assist Station Waiters with food and beverage service, manage table setups (mise-en-place), and ensure prompt delivery of orders from the galley following health and safety standards.
