Wine Tutor Fixed Term Contract - Cape Winelands area
We are looking for a Wine Tutor to deliver exceptional guest experiences through guided tastings and cellar tours. The role requires a passion for wine, excellent customer service, and the ability to engage with distinguished clientele.
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 and reliable transport
- 2-3 years wine tutoring or similar experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of wines and ability to communicate this effectively
- Well-presented, enthusiastic, and professional
- Flexible, able to work under pressure
- Must have own reliable transport
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting wine tastings and cellar tours
- Managing stock and orders
- Promoting and processing sales
- Maintaining quality, presentation, and portion control
