About the Role
The Plant Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager position is responsible for leading wellbeing, health and safety activities, primarily ensuring the health and safety of employees and promoting the wellbeing of the employees in Stellantis.
In addition, the Manager position serves as the key advisor to plant management on the implementation and management of wellbeing, health & safety initiatives designed to promote and achieve Proactive status in SPW Wellbeing, Health and Safety area.
The WHS Plant Manager will report to the HR Manager of the location and dotted line to the Division Lead in the Corporate WHS Staff.
Job responsibilities include, and are not limited to the following:
- Direct and implement wellbeing, health and safety processes designed to improve key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance to federal, state, provincial and local regulations, and Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Lead the Safety SPW Domain as applicable
