WHEEL FINISHING COORDINATOR

The company is looking for a competent and motivated person who can ensure BORBET SA’s Wheel Finishing Department achieves daily set targets.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Drive/Ensure Production supervisors achieve daily set targets in line with the company and department goals and objectives as agreed upon between Senior management.
• Responsible for summarizing, analysing and generating downtime reports of all shifts OEE sheets, taking correct actions and/or escalating to service departments should target not be achieved.
• New wheel development (APQP and customer specific requirements)
• Continuous improvement in production processes and equipment
• Assist and coordinate Maintenance when it comes to downtime on machinery or planned maintenance
