About the Role

            YOUR ROLE  Act as process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters. 
Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and timely implementation of effective solutions. 
Manage new equipment qualification and liaise with maintenance until the tool is released to production. 
Plan, organize and provide technical support and expertise on assigned tools to Assistant Shift Process Engineers and Technicians. 
Provide training to Shift Engineers, Technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capability and equipment knowledge. 
Implementation and review FDC/APC setups for manufacturing tools. 
Translates the requirements of Production and IE needs to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.
