Secondary Unqualified Teacher (Welsh Speaking)

Full‑time position located in Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT). Day rate: £120.

Fluency in spoken Welsh is essential. You will support continuity of learning and students’ progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise pre‑prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Communicate confidently with students and staff in Welsh.
• Maintain a calm, focused, and positive learning environment.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Take attendance registers and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Support students with their work and encourage active participation.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff across the school.
