Wellbeing and Activities Assistant – Scholars Mews Care Home, Stratford-upon-Avon

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Scholars Mews Care Home in Stratford-upon-Avon.

As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the resident's physical, cognitive, and social well‑being.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, Home Manager, and the care staff.
• Support with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities as directed.
