Welfare Officer – Textile Manufacturing Company Position: Welfare Officer Industry: Textile Manufacturing Location: Karanampettai,Coimbatore Department: HR / Administration Reporting To: HR Manager / Factory Manager Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and welfare regulations. Handle employee welfare activities, grievance handling, and worker engagement programs. Coordinate with government labor departments and statutory authorities. Maintain statutory registers, records, and welfare documentation. Support employee relations and resolve shop-floor issues. Organize health camps, safety awareness programs, and worker counseling sessions. Assist in canteen, transport, hostel, sanitation, and other welfare facilities management. Coordinate with unions and worker committees when required. Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and disciplinary processes for factory workers.
