Our client is a well-established and growing aluminum fabrication manufacturer seeking an experienced **Welding Supervisor** to lead welding operations, ensure quality standards are maintained, and support a high-performing production team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Welding Supervisor will oversee daily welding activities, provide leadership and coaching to welders and fabrication personnel, ensure compliance with CWB requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
