**Welder (MIG / TIG) – Job Shop Environment**
**Location:** South Metro
**Pay:** $23-$32/hr

**Job Summary**
We are hiring a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join a fast-paced contract manufacturing job shop. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of parts and materials, supporting different projects each week. Ideal candidates will have experience with thin-gauge welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication support tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding (14–18 gauge) in flat and horizontal positions
+ Complete TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
+ Load and unload parts from robotic welding equipment
+ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
+ Grind, clean, and finish welded parts to meet quality standards
+ Inspect welds and correct defects as needed
+ Support a variety of projects in a job shop environment
