**Hiring 1st Shift Production Welders!**
**Job Description**
Seeking a first shift welder to join our team! Candidates should have experience with MIG welding on steel.
**Job Details:**
+ 1st shift. 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
+ Company profit sharing
+ Medical, Dental, Vision
+ PTO and paid holidays
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform MIG welding on structural steel and galvanized steel.
+ Read and interpret blueprints.
+ Fit, align, and assemble metal parts and subassemblies.
+ Perform grinding, fabricating, and fitting tasks as needed to support production and ensure high-quality finished products.
+ Inspect welds and finished work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.

This is a Permanent position based out of Belleville, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.72 - $20.72/hr.
