About the Role
**Job Title: Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Welder, where you'll ensure that products are processed with manual MIG welds that meet specified standards. You'll work with various welding components, set up and weld simple to complex parts and assemblies, and assist with weld fixture designs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Weld components with a spot welder.
+ Set up and weld simple parts and assemblies using fixtures.
+ Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter using hand scrapers or grinders.
+ Review shop orders, blueprints, and inspection records to determine process requirements.
+ Examine and measure products to verify conformance to specifications using measurement equipment.
+ Set up and weld medium to complex weld assemblies.
+ Weld components in flat or vertical positions, with or without fixtures.
+ Assist Manufacturing Engineers with weld fixture designs.
