About the Role
Duties & Responsibilities
- Study and understand the manual and lesson plan for the assigned weapon system
- Prepare the classroom and training materials in advance of each session
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons on weapon handling, safety, and operations
- Organize and oversee auxiliary trainers during hands‑on training exercises
- Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate training performance and provide constructive feedback
- Summarize key points at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning outcomes
- Work location: Jurong Camp
- Candidates with relevant experience in supervisory, training, or operational roles are welcome to apply. Experience from military contexts (e.g. Supervising or Conducting Officer roles) may be considered an advantage.
