Water Treatment Technician

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor water treatment equipment and processes
• Perform routine inspections and tests on water samples
• Adjust water treatment equipment and process settings
• Record Water Treatment Plant operations, including daily logs, test results, Bacterial usage, and maintenance activities
• Respond to emergencies or equipment failures
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment, such as pumps, valves, filters, and chemical delivery systems
• Monitor Water Treatment Plant operating conditions
• Record production data
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, as established by government regulations
• Monitor and propose future capacity expansions.
• Analyze data and trends to identify problems or potential improvements in water treatment processes.
