Water Mitigation Technician

We are looking to hire someone for a commercial restoration and construction maintenance position in the Tampa, FL metro. Time will be split between performing various construction tasks with an emphasis on finish work (drywall, painting, acoustic ceilings, trim carpentry, framing, etc.) and restoration response (emergency response, containment, demo, etc.). The applicant will need to be self-sufficient in how to problem solve and make repairs in a variety of trades listed below. The applicant will be based out of Tampa, FL but some travel throughout Florida and possibly other states may be required.

The applicant must be a great communicator with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and company management. Applicants must be self-motivated and self-sufficient when it comes to all construction tasks. Applicants must also maintain a positive attitude. This is not an entry-level position or apprentice position. We're hiring skilled carpenters and tradespeople....
