Description
Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual who enjoys problem-solving, working with equipment, and taking ownership of important processes. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
In this role, you'll help operate and maintain our wastewater treatment plant by monitoring systems, collecting samples, troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with multiple departments and play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance and efficient plant operations.
Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience
• Increase after 120 days
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: Flexible hours with 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
