Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to: Teach TCEQ-approved wastewater courses to prepare students for the Class D Operator certification exam. Provide instruction on wastewater system operations, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures. Educate students on TCEQ regulations and compliance requirements.
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with TCEQ curriculum standards.
Provide students with a written and accessible course syllabus that follows the Course Syllabus Guidelines and facilitates a clear understanding between student and instructor of the content, goals, requirements, expectations, evaluation methods, and schedule of work.
Assess student progress and provide guidance to ensure readiness for certification.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for adult learners.
