What is this role about?
This role willensure timely and accurate processing of warranty claims in line with BYD/MAPVI standards, supporting service quality and dealership compliance.

What will YOU do?

• Review service job orders and validate if repairs qualify under warranty coverage
• Prepare, submit, and monitor warranty claims to BYD/MAPVI within prescribed timelines
